Conditions of Reservation


Reservation Payment
• When making a reservation, 30% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit.
• Once the payment is confirmed, the booking will be guaranteed.
• The remaining balance must be paid directly at the property.

Damage Deposit
• A deposit of €250 per apartment must be paid at check-in.
•It will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or inappropriate behavior.

Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 7 days prior: 30% of the total amount.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged.


Payment Methods
• Cash, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.

Invoicing
• Guests may provide billing details in the "observations" section when making the reservation.
• The invoice will be issued in the name of the main guest unless billing details are provided before or at check-in.
• Once the invoice is issued, no changes will be made.

Extended Stays
• Extensions must be requested and paid at least three days before the check-out date.
• Stays cannot be extended without payment for the additional period.

 

Services
• Internet: Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
• Air conditioning: Included at no extra cost.
• Safe: Available upon request at no extra cost.
• Cots and highchairs: Free upon request for children under 2 years.
• Parking:
• Subject to availability, cannot be reserved.
• Sujeto a disponibilidad, no se puede reservar.
• Cars only (no vans or large vehicles).
• Maximum vehicle length: 3.14 meters.
• Cleaning and Linen
• Cleaning and towel change: 3 times per week.
• Bed linen change: once per weeek.
• From November to March: no cleaning service, but clean towels and sheets are provided weekly.
• Apartment Includes:
• Sheets and towels (for hygienic use only, not for beach or pool).
• Hairdryer
• Pets: Not allowed.

 

Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in and key collection: from 14:00.
• Check-out and key return: until 11:00.
•No late check-out service available.
• If you arrive before 10:00 AM, the building will be closed with no staff available.
There is no reception desk.
A prior appointment is mandatory for check-in and key collection.

If you are renting a car, please let us know, as delays may occur during high season. All guests must complete the registration process via the link sent a few days before check-in, with a valid ID or passport. Keys will not be handed over if all guests are not registered at check-in.

 

Facilities
Outdoor seasonal pool :
• Open from April 1 to October 31.
• No lifeguard on duty. Minors must always be supervised by legal guardians.
• Access to the pool, solarium, and gardens is prohibited outside the established schedule.
Laundry:
• The building has a room with two washing machines.
• Free to use.
• Guests must bring their own detergent.
• No dryers available. Each apartment has a clothes rack.
Extra charges on request :
• Two-bedroom apartments with sea view: €9 per night (subject to availability on arrival).

 

Privacy & Security
• All apartments are equipped with smoke detectors and a Minut noise monitoring system.
• This system ensures compliance with house rules and guest comfort.
• It only measures decibel levels (does not record conversations or audio).
• If the 83 dB limit is exceeded, notifications may be sent by SMS.
• By booking, guests expressly accept the installation and operation of this system during their stay.
• The building has a video surveillance system for guest and property safety.
• Access control prevents entry of unregistered persons at check-in.
• Personal data is treated with strict confidentiality.
• Online payments follow the highest security protocols.
• A confirmation email will be sent with booking details.

 

Expulsion warning
• Guests may be expelled without refund of reservation payments or deposit for violating rules. Marina Palmanova is a family-oriented property, committed to guest and neighbor rest. The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
• Disrespecting quiet hours (21:00 – 09:00).
• Tampering with smoke detectors or noise sensors.
• Accessing pool or solarium outside permitted hours.
• Smoking or vaping inside apartments/building (only allowed on balconies or pool terrace).
• Use of illegal substances.
• Triggering alarms by misuse of kitchen or smoking indoors.
• Ignoring management/property warnings.
• Damaging or misusing facilities.
• Disrespectful behavior on the property.
• Exceeding maximum occupancy: :
• Two-bedroom apartment with balcony: max. 6 people (extra person supplement required). • One-bedroom apartment with sea view balcony: max. 4 people (no extra supplement possible).

Unaccompanied Minors
All underage guests not traveling with their legal guardians must present a duly completed and signed authorization document. This document will be provided during the booking process; simply request it and we will send it to you.

DIn accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your data will be included in the processing system owned by MARINA ASJAL SL with tax identification number B07693948 and business address at GERMANS MONTCADA 11 07181, PALMANOVA (ILLES BALEARS), in order to facilitate, speed up and meet the commitments established between both parties. In compliance with current legislations, MARINA ASJAL SL informs that the data will be kept for the period deemed strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned precepts.
Unless stated otherwise, we will assume that your information remains unchanged, that you agree to notify us of any changes and that we have your consent to use them for the aforementioned purposes.
MARINA ASJAL SL informs that it will proceed to use this information lawfully, fairly, transparently, adequately, relevantly, limitedly, accurately and that it will be kept up to date. Therefore, MARINA ASJAL SL agrees to adopt all reasonable measures to ensure that they are promptly removed or rectified where inaccurate.
In accordance with the rights conferred by current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data and the consent given for their processing, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above, or via email to marinapalmanova@gmail.com.
