Payment of the reservation:
Unless otherwise is clearly stated during your booking process, the credit card, when requested, is used by us to charge 30% of the reservation price as a prepayment. Once the charge has been made, the reservation will be confirmed. As the card charge process is not automatic, it may take several days. There may be payment fees in which case it will be specified at the time of making the reservation and you will access to a secure environment to make such payment.
The rest of the stay is paid directly at the apartments on arrival.

Security in your transaction:
When a charge is made to your card at the time of online booking, payment is made through security protocol with the highest standards.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
The guest will have to pay the 30% of the total price if the booking is cancelled during the 7 days before the arrival date. If the guest does not show up he will have to pay the total price.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do it through the email marinapalmanova@gmail.com. Please, check the cancellation policy at the moment of making your reservation to be able to cancel without costs. There are some special rates and offers subject to advance payment policies, or non-refundable rates that do not allow cancellations

The establishment does not have a 24h reception:
Please, inform us about your arrival time and your flight number when you make the reservation.
To avoid you unnecessary waiting, call us at +34650417070 just before leaving from the airport of Mallorca to the apartments. So, one person will be waiting in the apartments to give you the keys.
Seasonal pool:
The pool is open between April 1st and October 31st.

Cleaning service:
Booking conditions cleaning from November to March there will be no cleaning of the apartments, but clean sheets and towels will be provided once a week.y.

Additional charges upon request:
The two-bedroom apartments can have sea view for € 6 per night, payable on arrival (can be requested at the moment of the booking but is subject to availability on the day of arrival).

Data privacy:
We take care of your personal data privacy. It will not be used for commercial purposes unless you indicate us otherwise.

House Rules:
1 No parties / events can be held and no noise can be made from 21:00 to 09:00. In case of non-compliance, customers may be expelled from the establishment without the right to claim the refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
2 We inform you that the pool does not have a lifeguard, so you must take extreme measures precautions. The vigilance of minors will fall exclusively on their legal guardians. Access to the pool, solarium and gardens is prohibited outside the established hours.
3 Smoking is prohibited inside the establishment. The only places where it is allowed are on the balconies and in the area without grass of the pool terrace.
